I’m Angela Walker, a childhood and well-being guide and the mum of two grown up sons. I believe that raising and educating children is both an art and a science and the most important role we will ever have. It’s also the most challenging one.
By helping you to use the powerful techniques of mindfulness and self-reflection and by sharing my knowledge of child development, I can help you to feel calmer, more resilient and more able to trust in your own instincts and abilities as a parent. In this way, you can raise children who feel happy, secure and loved, while still meeting your own needs too.
If our children see us experiencing all of the emotions, but mindfully processing them, they can learn from our lead and do the same.
